"Too sweet, and honestly a bit disappointing"
I was expecting a more balanced flavor, but the sugar was pretty much all I could taste. It made me question the quality a bit, because it felt like the sweetness was covering everything else up. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"I don’t really trust the seating here anymore"
The seats were awful. I couldn’t sit there for long because the chairs were so hard and uncomfortable. It kind of ruined the whole experience, and I don’t really trust this place to be comfortable next time.

"Way too loud and packed"
It was just too crowded and noisy to enjoy. I couldn’t really relax at all, and whoever runs this needs to figure out the seating or the noise situation because it felt cramped the whole time.

I emailed them twice about my order and never heard anything back. It was frustrating, honestly. The whole thing just had that feeling like there wasn’t a real person on the other end, or like nobody was actually paying attention

"I ordered from alfredtea.com and the drink..."
I ordered from alfredtea.com and the drink itself was fine, maybe even decent, but the boba kind of threw me off. The pearls were really soft, like mushy and clumped together, which made the whole thing less enjoyable.

I was expecting that chewy texture you usually get with good boba, so it was a bit disappointing, especially for the price. That said, it could’ve just been an off batch or bad timing, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but I’m not totally sure I’d order it again...

"Doesn’t seem like the real stuff to me"
I’m not sure this is genuine. I’ve bought this tea before from another place, usually I drink it in the morning while I’m getting ready for work, and this one just didn’t look or taste the same at all. Even the packaging felt a bit weird, like something was off. I asked customer support about it, but the replies were vague and didn’t really answer anything. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t trust it and I wouldn’t order it again

"Checkout was kind of a hassle, right?"
I was trying to order some tea, but the checkout kept freezing once I got to the payment page. I ended up having to redo my cart twice, which was frustrating. It did finally go through, but that’s not exactly a smooth experience, is it?

"Menu felt limited"
I was a little disappointed. I expected there to be more drink options, but the menu felt small and basic. If you’re not really in the mood for the usual tea drinks, you don’t have a ton to choose from. A lot of it looked kind of similar too. For the price, I just felt like you’d expect a bit more variety

"Decent tea, but the staff seemed unsure"
The tea itself was actually fine, maybe even good, but the staff didn’t seem to know much about the flavors or what was in them. I asked a couple basic questions and they couldn’t really answer, which made it feel a little awkward. Not a huge deal, but also kind of frustrating.

"Not as many drink choices as other spots"
I was kind of surprised by how limited the drink options were. Compared to other tea places where you can tweak sweetness, toppings, and flavors easily, this felt really restrictive. I couldn’t customize my tea much, which was annoying

"Took a lot longer than expected"

"Tiny portions for the price"
I ordered from alfredtea.com and was disappointed with the size. The drink looked cute and all, but it was gone in just a few sips. For what I paid, I expected way more than that.
What annoyed me most was that the sizing wasn’t clear when I ordered, so I thought I was getting a normal drink, not some tiny cup. I don’t mind paying a bit extra if I know what I’m getting, but this just felt cheap. Probably won’t order again.

"Not the freshest matcha I’ve had"
I wanted to like this, and to be fair the packaging made it seem a lot better than it tasted. The matcha came across weak and kind of stale, with a bitter finish that didn’t really work for me. It’s nice that they’re offering matcha, but for the price, I was expecting something fresher and more flavorful.

"The wait was just too long"
I stopped in hoping to grab a tea, but I ended up waiting way longer than expected. It felt like forever, especially for something so simple. By the time I got it, I was more frustrated than relaxed, which was disappointing because I really just wanted a nice little break.

"Rewards points don’t really do much"
I don’t know, the rewards points just didn’t feel that useful to me. They expire fast, or at least faster than I expected, and when I reached out to support it was kind of... not much help. Maybe I missed something, but overall it just felt like the points barely made a difference

I didn’t feel very welcomed when I came in. The staff came off kind of rude, and the attitude was just unnecessary. It made the whole experience feel uncomfortable

"Seasonal drinks didn’t really impress me"

"Too far out of the way for me"
From what I remember, the locations were always far from where I live, so it just never felt worth making the trip. It might work better for someone closer by, but for me it wasn’t very convenient
